Griffin Commercial Condominiums

This commercial condominium facility, located in a Lethbridge industrial sector, consists of 3 bays featuring office/warehouse space. The owner wanted to create a simple yet interesting façade, which we achieved through different colour gradations of EIFS that sit on a solid oversized brick pattern that incorporates some of the last bricks from the IXL plant in Medicine Hat. The interior boasts rich blue accents that enliven the environment in a cost-effective yet striking way.
